Why this course? 

This course is for those wishing to be confident in using an A.E.D. It is perfect for lifeguards, gym instructors, dentists, security, and those who have access to a defibrillator. A.E.D courses are becoming more commonly available, although there is no legislation for its requirement in a normal work place.

Does it suit my requirements?

Have you recently bought at Defibrillator? Has your risk assessment identified a need? Defibrillator's save lives. This is not generic training, delegates will learn how to use the defibrillator they have in there work place. To ensure you receive appropriate training, we follow the guidance provided by the UK Resuscitation Council Guidelines of 1 trainer per 6 students.

What do delegates receive?

Delegates will receive a book and course materials, and upon completion successful delegates will receive an A.E.D. First Aid certificate, a credit card style certificate (valid for one year). We run a number of public course (see Course Dates page) and can provide in-house training, which is more cost effective if you require a number of places on a course. To avoid loss of qualification delegates must up-date their qualification with a re-qualification course before the expiry date.
