This course is a basic course for any age group and a great taster for the longer courses. It covers the life saving topics to allow the delegate to help in any emergency situation, and to help out a more qualified person.

What do delegates receive?
Delegates will receive a book and course materials, and upon completion successful delegates will receive an A4 certificate which is valid for one year. We run a number of public courses (see Course Dates page), and can provide in-house training, which is more cost effective if you require a number of places on a course.
